Crispy Paneer fry recipe

Paneer is everyone's favorite item to eat, crispy paneer fry recipe easy and fast recipe to cook.it is a popular snack with a crispy outer layer and soft moist paneer inside.

Ingredients

For marination
  • 6 to 8 paneer cubes
  • pasta/pizza sauce as required to coat the paneer
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano seasoning 
for batter
  • 3 to 4 tsp maida/rice/all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala optional
  • salt as per taste
  • ghee/oil for frying
  • bread crumbs 
Method
  1. Marinate paneer with ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, jeera powder, oregano seasoning, and pizza/pasta sauce. mix well. keep aside and prepare the batter.
  2. Prepare bread crumbs or buy readymade and keep aside
  3. In a bowl mix maida, cornflour, red chili powder, turmeric powder,garam masala(optional) & salt, Add some water to make a paste just to coat the paneer pieces well.
  4. Dip marinated paneer in the batter and then roll in breadcrumbs. 
  5. Repeat this step for the rest of the paneer pieces.
  6. When oil is hot enough, deep fry paneer pieces until golden brown on both sides. Remove & drain on a paper towel.
  7. Serve crispy & crunchy paneer pieces with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
