Prawns pulao

Prawns pulao is simple but delicious. It consists of rice, the flavor of spices, and the magical taste of prawns. Easy to cook. so give it a try to cook this special mouth-watering recipe prawns pulao.

 Ingredient
  • 200 gms fresh prawns or shrimp 
  • 3 tbsp ghee or oil 
  • 250 gms rice
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 2 green chilies(if not spicy add more 2)
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 onion
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 3 green cardamom
  • 7 to 8 peppercorn
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 to 5 cloves
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 or 2 Chicken Maggi Cube or 1 tbsp garam masala
  • Boiling Water as required
  • salt as required
Instructions
  1. Wash the rice and keep it aside.
  2. Cook rice in boiling water add little oil, cardamom, and 1 bay leaf with rice.
  3. Rinse rise when it is partially cooked with cold water, keep it aside.
  4. Clean the prawns, remove the scale and mouth., do not wash the prawns after cleaning if done taste of prawns will go off.
  5.  Take a heavy-bottomed pan. Keep the gas on a low flame.
  6. Add oil and saute cloves, peppercorn, bay leaves, cinnamon, and green cardamom.
  7. Now also add Cashews (optional)and saute.
  8. After a minute. Add chopped onion and green chilies. Saute until onions become dark brown in color. Roughly about 5 to 7 mins on low flame.
  9. Once the onion color changes add cleaned prawns. Mix gently with a spoon.
  10. Add ginger-garlic paste to it.
  11. Also, put tomatoes and stir well. Put the Maggi cube chicken masala into it.
  12. Now add coriander leaves to it.
  13. Finally, add cooked rice. Stir it slowly and mix well
  14. Serve hot with salad or Fish fry.
