Chilli chicken restaurant style

Ingredients
For marination of chicken
- Boneless chicken
- Salt
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
- 1 tsp red chilli powder.
- 2 tsp curd
- Corn flour as required
For gravy
- 3 green chilli chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1chopped capsicum
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1-inch cinnamon stick/powder
- Salt
- Pinch of sugar
- 1tsp soya sauce
- 1tsp hot and sweet chilly sauce
- tomato ketchup
- Corn flour to make corn flour water as required
- 1 tsp oil
Method
- Wash the chicken and clean, cut into pieces. Marinate chicken with salt,ginger-garlic paste, and turmeric powder, red chilli powder,2 tsp curd, and cornflour keep aside.
- Deep fry marinated chicken with oil and keep aside.
- Heat a pan add 1 tsp oil add 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder,1tsp red chilli powder, chopped onion fry till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste fry till raw smell goes off.
- Add chopped capsicum and tomato saute for a minute, add all masala like turmeric powder, and coriander powder.
- Add soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce and salt to taste.mix well
- Add a pinch of sugar to it.
- Add fried chicken and mix it well adds little cornflour water and cooks till the gravy becomes thick.
- Serve hot with bread or rice
