 Ingredients

For marination of chicken
  1. Boneless chicken
  2. Salt
  3. 1tsp turmeric powder
  4. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder.
  6. 2 tsp curd
  7. Corn flour as required
For gravy
  1. 3 green chilli chopped
  2. 1 onion chopped
  3. 1 tomato chopped
  4. 1chopped capsicum
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1 tsp chilli powder
  7. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  8. 1 tsp coriander powder
  9. 1-inch cinnamon stick/powder
  10. Salt
  11. Pinch of sugar
  12. 1tsp soya sauce
  13. 1tsp hot and sweet chilly sauce
  14. tomato ketchup
  15. Corn flour to make corn flour water as required
  16. 1 tsp oil
Method
  • Wash the chicken and clean, cut into pieces. Marinate chicken with salt,ginger-garlic paste, and turmeric powder, red chilli powder,2 tsp curd, and cornflour keep aside.
  • Deep fry marinated chicken with oil and keep aside. 
  • Heat a pan add 1 tsp oil add 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder,1tsp red chilli powder, chopped onion fry till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste fry till raw smell goes off.
  • Add chopped capsicum and tomato saute for a minute, add all masala like turmeric powder, and coriander powder.
  • Add soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce and salt to taste.mix well
  • Add a pinch of sugar to it.
  • Add fried chicken and mix it well adds little cornflour water and cooks till the gravy becomes thick.
  • Serve hot with bread or rice
