Palak is rich in calcium and vitamins plus Paneer additional vitamin and calcium ingredient. Recipe consist of rich in flavors of masala.

Ingredients
- Palak leaves 2 bunch
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 4 garlic clove2 small green chilly chopped
- 1/2 minced ginger
- Or 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 4 tsp milk cream
- Paneer cubes 8 to 9
- Salt to taste
- Sugar if required
- Oil 2 tsp
- 1 tsp butter
Method
- Wash palak leaves in running water
- Blanch paneer leaves. For blanching boil water in a pan add little water add cleaned palak leaves cook for 1 min, remove pan and keep aside from gas for 10 min let leaves blanch in water.
- After 10 min add this leaves to the mixture with tomato and 2 cloves garlic, make a thin paste
- Put the pan on gas add oil when it heated add a little salt and little pepper powder, mix it well in oil now add paneer cubes in it, fry till golden brown on both side, remove it and keep aside
- Now for gravy heat, a pan adds 1 tsp butter and oil. Add cumin seeds let it Splutter add ginger garlic paste or minced ginger and garlic chopped in it, fry till raw smell goes off, add onion fry till it becomes soft and translucent, now add grounded palak in it, cook for 10 min
- Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala mix in it.cook for 1 min
- Add milk cream in it, when the gravy starts boiling add paneer cubes cook for 2 min
- Add salt as per taste
- Serve palak paneer with roti or rice
