Poha vegetable cutlets

 cutlets are of various type veg and non-veg, today ill make poha vegetable cutlets.

Ingredients
  1. 1 Boiled potato
  2. Poha soaked
  3. 1/2 chopped onion
  4. Carrot chopped
  5. Green peas boiled
  6. 1 small piece of ginger
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1 tsp garam masala
  9. 1/2tsp chat masala
  10. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tsp pepper powder optional
  12. 2 tsp cornflour
  13. Bread crumbs
  14. 2 tsp oil
  15. 1-2 green chilli
  16. Chopped coriander leaves
  17. salt to taste
  18. Water
Method
  1. Boil/pressure cook the veggies such as potato, peas and carrot and keep aside
  2. Soak poha for 3 min.
  3. In a bowl take soaked poha, boiled veggies, mashed potato, salt, chilli, garam masala, chat masala, cumin seeds or coriander chilli powder, ginger, mix them all.
  4. Make patties of mixtures and keep aside.
  5. Take a bowl to add 2 tsp cornflour and water make thin paste, deep patties in both the side and then coat with bread crumbs.
  6. Heat a pan add 2 tsp oil fry patties till it becomes golden brown.
  7. Serve with tomato sauce, green chatani.
