Ingredients
- 1 Boiled potato
- Poha soaked
- 1/2 chopped onion
- Carrot chopped
- Green peas boiled
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2tsp chat masala
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder optional
- 2 tsp cornflour
- Bread crumbs
- 2 tsp oil
- 1-2 green chilli
- Chopped coriander leaves
- salt to taste
- Water
Method
- Boil/pressure cook the veggies such as potato, peas and carrot and keep aside
- Soak poha for 3 min.
- In a bowl take soaked poha, boiled veggies, mashed potato, salt, chilli, garam masala, chat masala, cumin seeds or coriander chilli powder, ginger, mix them all.
- Make patties of mixtures and keep aside.
- Take a bowl to add 2 tsp cornflour and water make thin paste, deep patties in both the side and then coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat a pan add 2 tsp oil fry patties till it becomes golden brown.
- Serve with tomato sauce, green chatani.
