Palak pakkoda recipe

 Palak Pakkoda is a quick and easy snack. It is made up of palak(spinach), basic masala, and gram flour. Even kids will love to eat.

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 onion chopped
  2. Chopped palak (spinach)
  3. 1 piece chopped ginger
  4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 green chili chopped
  8. coriander leaves chopped
  9. 2 tsp gram flour
  10. 1 tsp rice/corn flour
  11. salt to taste
Method
  1. Take a bowl to add chopped onion, spinach, green chili, ginger, cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, salt mix them well
  2. Add gram flour and rice flour/corn flour mix them well if flour paste is not enough add little gram flour.
  3. Heat a pan add oil, when oil is hot deep fry mixture by leaving a spoon of mixture in it. Fry till golden brown
  4. Serve with sauce or chatni.
