Palak Pakkoda is a quick and easy snack. It is made up of palak(spinach), basic masala, and gram flour. Even kids will love to eat.

Ingredients
- 1/2 onion chopped
- Chopped palak (spinach)
- 1 piece chopped ginger
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 green chili chopped
- coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tsp gram flour
- 1 tsp rice/corn flour
- salt to taste
Method
- Take a bowl to add chopped onion, spinach, green chili, ginger, cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, salt mix them well
- Add gram flour and rice flour/corn flour mix them well if flour paste is not enough add little gram flour.
- Heat a pan add oil, when oil is hot deep fry mixture by leaving a spoon of mixture in it. Fry till golden brown
- Serve with sauce or chatni.
