Mutter paneer is a north Indian dish. contains mutter and paneer as key ingredient,tomato-based sauce, and spiced with garam masala. You can serve this dish with rice or roti.

Ingredients
- 1onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 5-6 cashew nuts
- Mutter 1 small cup
- 1 small bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 6-8 cube panner
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2-3 tsp cream or milk
- salt
- 1-inch cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Method
- Soak cashew in hot water and keep aside.
- Melt butter in a pan on low flame, add onion, fry till onion becomes golden brown.
- Add tomato and fry on low flame till tomato becomes mushy.
- Blend fried onion and tomato, cashew, cardamom into a fine paste.
- Heat a pan melt butter add cinnamon, bay leaf, and ginger garlic paste, saute them till raw smell goes off.
- Add the ground paste in the pan boil on low flame, add 1 tsp chilly powder and Garam masala.
- When it shimmer, add paneer and mutter, add cream or milk in it.
- Cook on low flame till the gravy becomes thick.
- Add salt and sugar is optional as per taste.
- Serve hot with chapati.
