Mutter paneer masala recipe

 Mutter paneer is a north Indian dish. contains mutter and paneer as key ingredient,tomato-based sauce, and spiced with garam masala. You can serve this dish with rice or roti.

It consists of high nutrition. delicious and tasty to eat.

Ingredients
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 5-6 cashew nuts
  • Mutter 1 small cup
  • 1 small bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 6-8 cube panner
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  •  2-3 tsp cream or milk
  • salt
  • 1-inch cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Method
  1. Soak cashew in hot water and keep aside.
  2. Melt butter in a pan on low flame, add onion, fry till onion becomes golden brown.
  3. Add tomato and fry on low flame till tomato becomes mushy.
  4. Blend fried onion and tomato, cashew, cardamom into a fine paste.
  5. Heat a pan melt butter add cinnamon, bay leaf, and ginger garlic paste, saute them till raw smell goes off. 
  6. Add the ground paste in the pan boil on low flame, add 1 tsp chilly powder and Garam masala.
  7. When it shimmer, add paneer and mutter, add cream or milk in it.
  8. Cook on low flame till the gravy becomes thick.
  9. Add salt and sugar is optional as per taste.
  10. Serve hot with chapati.
