Gajar ka halwa is a sweet dish and favorite of children. key ingredients of the Gajar ka halwa recipe are carrot, milk, and ghee.

Ingredients
- carrot 1/2 kg
- ghee 2 tsp
- sugar 1/2 cup
- milk 2 cups
- dry fruits such as cashew and badam
Method
- wash carrot and grate them in a processor or hand grater
- heat a pan add ghee, when ghee melts add grated carrot.
- cook on medium flame till all moist from carrot gets soak and becomes golden brown in color, add milk, and cook further.
- once all milk gets soaked add sugar and mixes thoroughly with a spatula.
- saute carrot with ghee till all milk evaporates add dry fruits in it. when it gets cooks halwa turns aromatic and thick.
