Today ill tell you about non vegetarian shallow fries and deep fries as i am from goa i love fish and chicken so lets start
Squid Masala Rava Fry
Squid fish is also called as manki (calamari) in konkani it taste delicious and crispy when it is fried.

- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt
- Oil to fry
Method
- Wash the squid ,clean it ,make ring cut pieces.
- Marinate with salt, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder keep aside
- Apply rava on marinated squid ,heat a pan ,dont put oil initially it can burst squids since squids contains water,
- Put rava deeped squid in pan after 5 min add oil ,turn other side when it becomes brown.cover with lid for some time to cook faster.dont overcook otherwise it will be hard to eat.
- Serve with rice or as a starter.
Mackeral fish also called as bangada fish it is common and easily available in all the season.

- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- Tamrind water
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt
- Oil to fry
Method
- Clean the mackeral remove head,tail and side wings again wash it properly with water.
- Apply salt to cleaned mackeral,keep aside
- Make paste to marinated in a bowl add all masala that is chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and tamrind water.
- Marinate mackeral with paste, deep into rava(suji) and coat with it.
- Heat pan coat with oil, put rava applied mackeral on pan, fry till it becomes golden brown, turn other side.
- Shallow fry until it becomes crispy and cooked
- Remove from pan and put on tissue paper plate.
If salmon fish is not available, king fish(surmai) can be used instead of salmon fish.salmon contains lot of nutrients and good for bain. can be given to kids to increase brain memory.

- Clean the salmon fish or king fish remove head,tail and side wings, cut into slanting thin pieces again wash it properly with water.
- Apply salt to cleaned fish,keep aside
- Make paste to marinated, in a bowl add all masala that is chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt and tamrind water.
- Marinate fish with paste, deep into rava(suji) and coat with it.
- Heat pan ,add oil, put rava applied fish on pan, fry till it becomes golden brown, turn other side.
- Shallow fry until it becomes crispy and cooked
- Remove from pan and put on tissue paper plate.
Chicken Deep Fry
Chicken deep fry is crispy and delicious can be served as starter or with main dish with rice and curry

- Breast chicken pieces
- Bread crumps
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- Ginger garlic paste
- Coriander powder
- Corn flour
- Curd
- Salt
- Oil to fry
Method
- Clean the chicken marinate with salt,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,chilli powder and curd,keep aside for half an hour.
- Apply corn flour and coat with bread crumps.
- Heat pan ,add oil, deep fry chicken till it becomes golden brown, turn other side.
- Shallow fry until it becomes crispy and soft cooked
- Remove from pan and put on tissue paper plate.
